Industrial practitioners are invited to submit presentation proposals for the Business to Science Session of DSMIE.
The session focuses on practical solutions and significant real-world challenges faced by industry. Its purpose is to create a direct exchange between industrial and academic participants and to connect applied experience with relevant research.
Suggested topics
Industry Talk proposals may address topics such as:
- techniques and methods that solve significant practical problems;
- development of tools and experience gained from industrial problem solving;
- research topics that have become especially relevant to current industrial practice;
- new challenges faced by industrial practitioners that may benefit from academic research.
The list is not exhaustive. Proposals addressing other relevant industrial problems within the scope of DSMIE are welcome.
Proposal review
Proposals are reviewed by the Steering Committee. Authors are informed of the decision after the proposal has been evaluated.

Book of Abstracts
The content of an accepted Industry Talk may be included in the conference Book of Abstracts.
