Authors are invited to submit original and previously unpublished research contributions written in English. Submissions should correspond to the Conference Topics.
All submitted papers are peer reviewed by at least two members of the Program Committee. Manuscripts are evaluated for originality, technical and research quality, correctness, completeness, contribution, and readability.
Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. The presenting author is expected to register for and attend the conference. Papers that are not presented may be excluded from the proceedings.
Submission options
DSMIE provides two publication routes.

Authors may submit a research paper to one of the Cooperating Journals.
Manuscripts must follow the scope, formatting requirements, and submission guidelines of the selected journal. Journal submissions are evaluated according to the policies and editorial procedures of that journal.

Conference papers must be prepared according to the Author Instructions.
For this publication route:
- the number of co-authors is limited to five;
- one person may submit no more than two papers;
- only one paper may be submitted by the same person as first author.
Current submission and notification deadlines are published in the Important Dates section of the conference website.
