Payment procedure

  1. Complete the online registration form and select the appropriate type of participation.
  2. After the registration is processed, the DSMIE Team will prepare and send an invoice.
  3. Pay the registration fee by bank transfer using the issued invoice.

The International Association for Technological Development and Innovations, a co-organizer of the DSMIE Conference Series, is the sole organization responsible for collecting the registration fee.

Conference bags are provided only to participants attending in person. Postal delivery is not available.

Important notes

  • The registration fee does not cover accommodation, travel expenses, or bank charges.
  • A paid registration fee cannot be refunded if a participant is unable to attend the conference.

Notes and conditions

  1. Co-authors of accepted papers may register for full access to conference activities.
  2. A student ID and a letter of recommendation from the supervisor must be submitted. The registration provides full access to conference activities.
  3. Participants from industry and higher education institutions may attend as listeners or, by prior arrangement with the organizers, as speakers with a presentation. The registration provides full access to conference activities.
  4. A maximum of one accompanying person per registered participant is permitted.
