The 9th International Conference on Design, Simulation, Manufacturing: The Innovation Exchange (DSMIE-2026) focuses on research challenges in the fields of Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Industrial Management, addressing current and future trends in design approaches, simulation techniques, and manufacturing technologies, highlighting the growing role of smart manufacturing systems, artificial intelligence, standards-based integration, and innovations implementation to the transition to sustainable, human-centric and resilient engineering solutions.
DSMIE brings together researchers from academic institutions, leading industrial companies, and government laboratories worldwide to promote and popularize the scientific fundamentals of engineering. The conference schedule includes keynote sessions and technical sessions, expert panels, an exhibition of industrial partners, and more.
Our Keynote Speakers are well-known scientists from recognized Universities and industrial companies.
The conference’s working language - including conference proceedings, presentations, and discussions - is English.
Authors are welcome to submit original and unpublished research articles. All paper submissions to DSMIE-2026 should be related to the conference topics. Each paper will be peer-reviewed by at least two program committee members and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content and depth, correctness, completeness, contributions, and readability.
Authors should submit their papers online using the EasyChair Conference System. Unregistered authors should first create an account to log in. The submission page for DSMIE-2026 is open.
The deadline for paper submission is January 31, 2026. After careful review, all accepted papers will be published as research papers in the partner journals or conference proceedings in Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering by Springer Nature and submitted to the databases Scopus, Web of Science Core Collection, and other indexing services. Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one of their authors, who will commit to registering and attending the conference. The Steering Committee reserves the right to exclude papers not presented from the conference proceedings.
